This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between Jess Gaspar (“I”, “me”, “my”) and you, with respect to your use of this website and all pages that link to this agreement (collectively, the “Site”). By purchasing or downloading any product from this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

This Site provides digital Astro themes and related assets (“Products”). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own projects or your clients’ projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense my Products. Full terms are outlined in my License.
// Payments and Refunds
Payments are handled securely by Polar.sh. You agree to any terms and conditions set by Polar.sh in connection with your purchase. Because my Products are digital, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please refer to my Refund Policy for full details.
