By purchasing my themes, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these themes under the terms below. Free themes are open source under the MIT license.

You may use my themes in commercial and client projects, including white-label work, without attribution. You may not, however, resell or redistribute the themes themselves.

For one individual who wants full access to all current and future themes.

Includes permanent access to all themes, lifetime updates, GitHub repository access for 1 seat, unlimited projects, and lifetime support — with no subscriptions or recurring fees.

  • Lifetime access & updates
  • Lifetime customer support

// What You Can Do

All licenses allow you to:

  • Create unlimited websites and web applications.
  • Modify and customize themes as needed.
  • Use themes in commercial and client projects, including paid work.
  • Deliver finished projects to clients with no attribution required.
  • Use themes in SaaS products or web applications as part of the product’s marketing presence or user interface, provided the themes are not offered to end users as selectable or exportable templates.
  • Build open-source projects, provided theme source code is not redistributed.

// What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish theme files or derivatives as standalone templates.
  • Share theme access with individuals outside your licensed users or organization.
  • Convert themes to other frameworks and apps (React, Vue, Next.js, Svelte, Framer, Webflow, etc.) and distribute or sell those versions.
  • Build website builders, generators, or platforms that allow end users to select, export, download, or reuse theme code.
  • Create competing products such as theme packs, template marketplaces, UI kits, or design systems based on the themes.
  • Use the themes as training data for AI models.

// Definitions

  • End Product — Any website, application, or digital product that incorporates the themes or derivatives of them.
  • Client — An individual or entity receiving a custom project built specifically for them. Users of SaaS products are not considered clients.
  • Licensee — The individual or organization that purchased the license.
  • End User — A user of the End Product.

// Legal

  • Ownership: Copyright remains with Jess Gaspar. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.
  • Attribution: Not required.
  • Stock images: Demo images belong to their respective authors and are included for demonstration purposes only.
  • Liability: Limited to a refund of your license fee. Jess Gaspar is not liable for any consequential damages arising from use of the themes.
  • Violations: May result in license termination. Blatant or malicious violations may result in no refund and legal action.

// Changes

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace this licensing terms at any time. If a revision is necessary I will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a change will be determined at our sole discretion.
